I don’t think any of us will ever be the same (good thing) and hopefully, lessons learnt will be long term and not swept under the carpet as our normal luxuries return. (no problem with luxuries, just with understanding and reality).

The journey was amazing, perhaps more difficult than I thought but you get into a rhythm and by the last day I was walking for 12 hours.

I find myself thinking about the Annapurna Circuit! I really am so glad I did the trip and I really do feel I have had my life enriched on so many levels.  Raj was an inspirational leader.

It was extremely well organised and I was very impressed by all the local Nepalese crew. They worked very hard no matter which role they had and they were always cheerful.

The trip was tougher than I had expected, but gave me a fantastic insight to spending more time in the mountains. The local crew worked tirelessly to make the experience truly memorable and how Chef Genoo prepared the delicious food from 2 stoves is unbelievable.
