Shadi Ganjavian-Connor

Group Leader

In June 2016, Shadi climbed Mont Blanc to raise money and awareness for the Teenage Cancer Trust and in 2017, despite her continued fear of heights and dread of cold weather, embarked upon scaling the infamous Matterhorn mountain. This challenge was aimed at flying the flag on the summit, on behalf of children’s charity The Murray Parish Trust.

Over the years, Shadi has constantly been involved in kick-starting fundraising and awareness for many community projects. She has a fierce drive to achieve more and push herself and others to climb higher. Shadi is passionate about inspiring others that through self-belief and determination, anything can be achieved, no matter what the circumstances.

Shadi is an inspirational group leader and will be joining Kilimanjaro and Elbrus expeditions with the 360 Team in 2019 and has many more trips planned. Watch this space.

Just to say the Sahara Trek last week was fantastic, I have now done 8 challenges and that rates as one of the best.
